Due to current restrictions we are unfortunately not able to offer International shipping at this time. Due to extreme backlogs in many postal services International shipping is currently too unreliable and unpredictable. For example USPS have been taking over 3 months to process packages through the US system (which would usually take a week) and too many International packages have been going missing in the backlog, so until things are more stable regretfully we can only ship domestically at this time.


International shipping will hopefully re open in 2021 after the holidays or once things have settled down.



USA International Shipping price increase - We regret to inform customers in the USA that from 1st July 2020, due to changes in US policies on postal rates for incoming mail combined with the impact of flight restrictions due to Covid 19, Royal Mail has substantially increased prices for International Parcel Shipping to the USA, there has been a national price increase in posting international orders which is out of our control. Canada Delays - Canada Post is experiencing some large delays in processing and delivering International parcels at this current time. Please be aware before ordering that your parcel may experience delays within your country and no time estimation can be provided by Canada Post. You can find out more on the Canada Post website:



If you selected a Tracked delivery service you will receive your tracking number and link once your item has dispatched. You can use this tracking to follow your items journey.



If you selected a 'standard' delivery service this does Not include item tracking. We only offer the non tracked service as a slightly cheaper alternative, given this years increased cost of shipping services. The 'Standard' delivery options also take a while longer.


International shipping is available for most countries.

Unfortunately we are not currently ship to the following:

  • Australia (see FAQ's for further details)



Please note that due to International backlogs across many countries, postal services are not currently offering any guarantees on their international delivery time frame. Once shipped we have no control over delays your parcel may currently experience in your country. Please bear this in mind before ordering.


If nobody is home and they are unable to deliver your parcel please follow your individual countries procedure for this. In many countries they will leave you a card informing you of where to collect your missed parcel from or how to arrange a redelivery. Often you then have a set amount of time to either collect or arrange redelivery - If you fail to do so your parcel will eventually be returned to the sender. In this situation we will be unable to reship your item or issue a refund until after it has been safely returned (which for un-collected parcels usually takes a longer time as they are no longer a priority for the shipping service). 

The buyer is responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred within their country.


If you require a refund, you must follow the following procedure:

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.

  • Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with all packaging in tact. 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is highly recommended that you get proof of postage, if you do not and items are lost during return delivery, responsibility will then fall upon the customer. Please package items carefully. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items that are returned in an un-sellable condition will not be refunded.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Seconds and Sale items

Mistakes or issues with your order: 

In the rare case that there is a fault or mistake with your order or it arrives damaged by the postal service please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the situation for you quickly and efficiently. We want you to have the best experience and will endeavour to resolve any issues that you may have - polite emails will be responded to quicker than angry aggressive ones - We are only human and we ARE DOING OUR BEST!
